Use ESPHome to flash the firmware file to your PDPM-G board

esphome run your-board-name.yaml

Connect board to PoE switch and verify it's online at configured IP address

Visit board's web interface to confirm PoE+ (Class 4, 25W) is enabled

NEVER connect J1 (PoE) and J3 (serial 3.3V) simultaneously!

This will destroy the board. Always disconnect PoE before connecting serial programming cable.
